Practice Study: 50 patients from a doctor’s practice were chosen at random, their blood and stool values submitted for testing. Over a 3 month period, participants took one serving (2 measuring spoons mixed in water) of FitLine ® Basics every morning.

My personal opinion
There are two choices for flavor. Haven’t tried the exoticflavor, so I can say anything about it, but the citrus flavor is really good. It tastes just the way good minerals should taste. Delicious.

The main source of DHA and EPA are high-fat sea fish such as salmon, mackerel or tuna. My personal opinion
As a vegetarian I really do appreciate this product. I have never like the taste of fish and my doctor told me that omega 3 is something my body really needs. I forced myself to take it. With this one I don’t have to force myself. It tastes good and is completely aligned with my beliefs.

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) is present naturally in every cell of your body and is stored in the mitochondria (the powerhouse of the cell). For that reason it’s also called ubiquinone which in Latin means “present everywhere”.
